How does it work?
We've created our Design Subscriptions to be hassle free while delivery exceptional designs lighting fast.
To do so we've created a system that is quite simple:
1. Signup
2. Request designs
3. Move a request to "Active"
4. Review, request revision, or approve designs
5. Add more and/or move a new request to "Active"
6. Enjoy top-of-class designs at your finger tips hassle free.
What if I don't like the design?
We operate on a simple yet powerful rule of thumb—If you're not happy with the design then we'll revise or redo it until you are.
How fast will I receive my designs?
In most cases, designs are completed and shipped to you within 72 hours. More complex designs or projects may take more time whereas simpler requests may be completed within 24 hours.
How many brands can I request designs for?
Design X allows you to request designs for one brand. However, Design X+ allows for requests from unlimited Brands.
Can you develop websites and landing pages?
Do you only accept Web3 related brands?

Although we believe the subscription models we've created serve the vast majority of business we understand sometimes you need a bit more(or a bit less). Are there any contracts or fees?
Nada contracts. Nada fees. Nada problems. There are no contracts to use our services. You can upgrade, cancel or pause at any time with just a click or two.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?
Due to high demand our Enterprise plans are offered as space becomes available. Enterprise plans are catered to business that need more features, more designs and quicker turn around times. Give us a shout to explore the opportunity.
Are there any monthly discounts?
Due to the premier nature of our subscription services, and the stand alone value of each design, we currently do not offer any discounts on our monthly plans. However, annual plans enjoy a substantial 15% discount!
How are requests made?
Each of our projects is managed collaboratively in a Dashboard we'll give you access too. Once set up(takes less than 5 minutes) you'll find a simple workspace dashboard where you can simply add as many requests as you'd like.
You can also share links or documents to supporting information like Google docs, wireframes, Loom videos, moodboards, design briefs etc.
How are revisions made?
Requesting a revision on a design is easy. You can do so directly from your dashboard.
Revisions are typically completed within 24 hours, however where a completely fresh take on the design is required, delivery will likely take more time depending on the complexity of that particular design.
Are there designs or requests you don't support?
There is much we can do. As well as much we cannot and will not do. But honesty is not a weakness—it’s a strength. We define ourselves as much by what we do, as by what we don't do. Here is a short list of requests we currently don't support:
- Video Production or Editing
- InDesign Documents
- Complex Illustrations
- Motion graphics
- Coding / Development

How do I manage my request queue?
Your request queue is totally controlled by you and your team so you can prioritize which designs need to be completed first. Simply move one of your requests from the queue into "Active" and that request will be completed.
What happens after I signup?
First, a congrats would be in order! You're on your way to exceptional design delivered lightning fast for your brand.
Right after you sign up, you'll be taken to our member dashboard which will have hyper links to all things important for your project.
From there, you simply start adding requests into your queue and be notified when they are ready for your review!
Are there any minimum month requirements?
Nope. You can utilize our services for 1 month or 100 and beyond!
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our premier subscription services and the stand alone value of each design we do not offer any form of a refund policy. However, if you're simply unsatisfied with our services please reach out and we will do what we can to make things right.
Are there any contracts or fees?

Are subscriptions auto renewed?
Yes, once you sign up your subscription will auto renew every 30 days until paused or canceled.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
You're not bound to any contracts or terms so we've made pausing or canceling as hassle free as possible.
Simply navigate to your dashboard here and select Membership. Then choose what you'd like to do—upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel.
